 his summer has been
especially exciting for me. On July 12, I got married, so now I am trying to get used
to my new name, Leslye Sedgwick. I am now getting ready for my fifth year of teaching
fifth grade at Russell Boulevard Elementary School in Columbia, Missouri. I have really
enjoyed the past four years in fifth grade and look forward to the coming year and all
the surprises and fun times it will bring, along with the wonderful opportunity to get
to know about 25 new students and their families. Also, this year I will again be working
in a class-within-a-class situation and am excited about that. In my spare time, I like
to visit with my family and friends, read, and work on my house.
