Modifying class settings Click In the image below notice that two main options are listed. One option allows you to make the class public or private. When a class is public, new students can sign up for this class without a password. If the class is private, you must provide passwords that the students use to access the quiz. Another option is whether the class is active or inactive. When a class is active, students are allowed to join the class and/or take new quizzes. If a class is inactive, results of the quizzes taken by the students in the class may still be viewed, but no new quizzes may be submitted and no student may join the class. Choose options by selecting Yes or No from the drop down menus. If applicable, enter a password. Click after deciding what options you want to apply to your quiz. Note: Selecting the Public and Active option is the same as the default setting QuizStar uses. |
dvanced options in QuizStar give teachers the ability to organize students. Grouping students in private classes allows the teacher to make quizzes available only to those with the required passwords. These features, therefore, provide the creator the power to maintain a detailed account in QuizStar.
